Sound healing, Meditations,Yoga, Pilates, Barre
Pregnancy Yoga and more.

I am a Certified Menopause Coach specialising in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with a holistic, body-aware approach.
My foundation began with yoga, and I’ve been a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher since 2014. Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to include restorative yoga, kids and family yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, and Yoga Shred®. Alongside this, I hold a Certificate IV in Pilates through Polestar Pilates, with additional training in Barre and Reformer Pilates.
My work is also deeply informed by energy practices. I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner, Sonic Anatomy Guide, and Emotion Code® Practitioner, allowing me to support clients not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
My own journey through change and growth led me to this path. Yoga, Pilates, and Sound work became more than practices—they became tools for reconnection, regulation, and resilience. Through them, I learned how to listen to my body, navigate stress, and move through life with greater presence and ease.
Today, I bring all of this together to support women navigating the hormonal transitions of midlife. I focus on creating safe, supportive spaces where movement, breath, and education are used as practical tools to manage symptoms, rebuild strength, and restore balance.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: awareness is where healing begins. When women understand their bodies and feel supported in them, they can move through this phase of life with more clarity, confidence, and vitality.
