24HR CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your class 24hrs before your booked class is due to start then your class credit is automatically returned to your account, if you cancel under 24hrs then that class credit is forfeited.
Arrive 5-10mins early to say hi, settle in, so class can start promptly. Take shoes off before entering the studio. Ensure phones are switched to aeroplane mode. Yoga mats available to use or bring your own. Grip socks must be worn for all Pilates and Barre classes, you can purchase them in the studio or buy elsewhere, plain socks to be worn for restorative yoga for hygiene and safety.
